To an extent, yes. World's a shitty place because people are shitty. I work a grueling wagecuck job and want nothing more than to just watch movies and read fiction, to try and extract at least some joy from this existence. We all deal with the hardships of the real world, but wanting to take a break from it for a change isn't the same as being some delusional victim of escapism who is unable to tell reality from friction (those of you who ironically believe this are projecting and probably lead very sheltered lives). I liked coming here for same reason, but ever since this place has been overrun by underage alt-right babbies and /pol/tards, you find the same vitriol you find everywhere else.
