Honestly from that picture, I am more put off by the product placement for Red Wings Hockey.

I don't mind product placement in a movie or television show if it feels organic. Sometimes, an off brand fake feels strange and draws you out of the suspension of disbelief.

But, there are some absolutely strange choices too. Like in Guardians of the Galaxy 2. A Dairy Queen is promptly shown blowing up with everyone inside presumably killed in a horrific fashion.

I understand that they were trying frame a point of reference for the audience to understand the link between that scene and the beginning of the movie. But, still, you would think you wouldn't want your brand associated with death/destruction.
