Why do DC fans haye the word fun? Seriously whenever a Marvel movies is described as fun they get upset. They always say that fun isnt what we should be looking for, or that theyre still shitty movies. What, are we not allowed to enjoy ourselves when we go see a movie? I dont get it.

Civil War elevated "fun" to the point of draining ANY dramatic momentum or consequences from the proceeding, rendering all the choices and actions in the film meaningless. As characters fought, they cracked wise and finished their opponents' jokes. This turned what was supposed to be a titanic battle into little more than a light scrimmage. Fun is cool, but there has to be stakes.
