The guys are generally really weird and not in a good way. Yes, they're almost all gay. I don't know why for sure but I think it's either: 1. You'll be dealing with a LOT of fags who really want to fuck you, so gay guys will probably be more comfortable in the industry 2. Narcissism. Most of the guys become turbo-narcissists very quickly, and this self-love will make them more attracted to men (since they're already in love with themselves) and with gay sex it's easier to fuck something that's more like you.

I don't know about Hollywood. There aren't a lot of little boys (or even teenage boys) in fashion.
