It was much like a slapstick comedy with debuting comic actor Jim Carrey who gave in it a couple of interesting scenes. There was a great hype for Ventura in the 90s. When I saw it for the first time I was disgusted. Jim's "fooling around" was just giving me the creeps. I liked The Mask and Dumb and Dumber more.

2nd was better, theyre both one time watch movies. Theyre typical Carrey tier.
