School shootings really aren't a mental health issue, it's not like the patients let out from overcrowding are the ones doing the shooting.

Would giving more of a shit about asylums catch at risk kids faster? Incredibly doubtful. School shootings aren't even necessarily the result of metal illness, could just be assholes. We like to think every killer has some deep consistent problem with them that can't be understood, not really. We don't assume soldiers are crazy and "psychopathy" isn't even a real diagnosis anymore. People throw around "mentally ill" too much, including all these supposedly enlightened centrists who think a man calling them self a woman is a mental illness despite no evidence beyond "but you's not a woman and you says you's a woman".

There are actually a range of anti-social personality disorders now, and there are plenty of assholes that don't shoot up schools. You're essentially arguing that the decision to shoot up a school can be a sane one, which is retarded. Possibly, because you yourself are very stupid.

There's a lot of pressure on males at that age, from their peers, society and civilization in general. (Not to mention just general dickery.)

Coupled with poor parenting, easy access to fire-arms, explosives, rat poison and the like, given the numbers involved it's not surprising that some are going to turn to thinning the gene pool out.

But in short, I'm going to state that in my opinion 9:10 cases like this started somewhere because some girl was a cunt to someone that may or may not have deserved it which sparked the fire, as it were.

Scream 1: Billy Loomis and a friend (Matthew Lillard) go on a killing spree to destroy Sydney and her family, after Sydney's whore mom broke up Billy's family via sleeping with his dad, causing his mom to leave Billy and his dad in anger over the affair.

The two teens murder her mom and frame her latest fuck toy, and then murder a random chick and her jock boyfriend for fun (they never explain why they did THAT murder), and finally try and murder Sydney. Both fail and while Billy dies, his sidekick has an ambiguous death.

Scream II: Originally the black chick BFF of Sydney and Tim Olyphant were supposed to be young serial killers who met online and decided to re-enact Billy's murders for the lulz. This leaks online, so the black chick gets killed off and another character (the chick from Roseanne) turns out to be Billy's mother, who apparently was fat and ugly but upon losing weight and having a make-over, looks nothing like her former self.

Now, the killers are Mrs Loomis and Olyphant's character, who is a serial killer Mrs Loomis recruited online from a "serial killer message board". She paid his college tuition and basically financed his killing spree, so long as he emulated her son Billy and killed Syndey and everyone she loves. Though Mrs Loomis herself kills Jamie Kennedy's character personally.

Mrs Loomis kills TO's character after he reveals himself; TO announces his plan to put Hollywood on trial as far as claiming movies made him a murderer. This conflicted with Mrs Loomis's personal motives. Both Mrs Loomis and TO's characters are killed.

There's a very good and informative in-depth article that points out the connections between school shooters (failed or otherwise) and autism. It is merely looking away from the problem to wash your hands and improbably claim that there is no psychological or mental disorder in someone who decides to become a mass murderer, usually right before their own suicide.

Better ways of dealing with mental health and well-being WOULD decrease the number of psychopaths and shooters.

Scream III:

Because of Columbine, the original script (Matthew Lillard's character survived the first film, turned out to be the secret brains of the original duo and has begun recruiting young kids to become the new Ghostface and continue to terrorize Sydney) was vetoed by studios.

Instead, we get a feminist bullshit plot where Sydney's whore mother is absolved for being a dirty whore who set the murders into motion with her whoring.

She was a wannabe actress who came to Hollywood straight after high school; unfortunately, she attracted the attention of a Roman Polanski type who got her hooked on drugs and allowed studio executives to gang rape her while high on a regular basis until she got pregnant. At which point he blackballed her from ever working in Hollywood now that she was used up.

Sydney's mom abandoned her son to an orphanage and went back home, where no one knew about her past and married a beta/had a daughter (Sydney) and continued whoring around because "Hollywood made her into a whore".

The son (played by Scott Foley) eventually grew up and found his mom only to be told to fuck off and that she refused to acknowledge him because she had a new life, a sucker for a husband and FEMALE child who she preferred to consider her only kid.

Rejected, SF's stalks his monster mom, finds out that she's still a worthless whore and that she wrecked Billy Loomis' life by seducing his dad for the evilulz. When his mom abandons him, SF's character swoops in and basically trains Billy and ML's characters into becoming murderers and gets them to murder his mom and then Sydney.
