Does anyone else think 2001 is so fucking boring? Kubrick is praised as a director, but the produces shitty movies like 2001 and The Shining. 2001 is garbage and only remotely interesting at the beginning when the monkeys are beating the shit out of each other. Nothing is special about this movie. Muh atmosphere doesn't make up for the horrible story and writing.
