They're setting up the skrulls with Captain Marvel, probably setting up the next big bad in Avengers 4, Captain Marvel, and Spider-Man H 2.

They already set up for Tom Holland and rose him to stardom just to replace Downey, all the og actors will leave and people will be disappointed and lose interest, regardless of quality of movies.
Then, Disney is probably gonna start fucking up their success like in every other decade, but watch the 2030s cash in on superhero movie nostalgia and bring it all back.
