Does Holby City accurately depict the English medical system?

If she gives sponge baths i fucken hope so
Holy shit, just seeing that gives me anxiety and despair and my heart starts beating and I feel uncomfortable.
Is anyone else here a NEET nurse that has never worked a day in his life, but is supposed to start working soon in a desperate last attempt to reluctantly fix his life, but he feels stupid because he knows nothing and is afraid of embarassing himself and wasting the only chance which will lead to inevitable suicide?

>Expect qt Slavic nurse to cath my penis
>Get a fat surly Jamaican lady nearing retirement age instead

Only bits and pieces of information, enough to string together and to work with.

Nah, most nurses can hardly speak English
No, for a start our hospitals are quite well lit. Watch Casualty or Holby and you'd think there was a power cut.
Also most hospitals are quite empty as everything is in rooms. A+E is busy on weekend nights full of junkies and piss heads, but most hospital corridors are empty, save the odd chair outside a specialists office.
The ratio of QT to battleaxe nurses is about 70:30 though, in favor of battleaxe. And when you do get a qt theyre still bitchy stacies. While they do a very worthy job, they think it makes them better and smarter than everyone else, and that they can pass judgement on your life. I broke my hand when tripped over something that shouldnt have been there and a nurse smirked 'well that was stupid of you'. Fuck off fatty, I dont have eyes in my feet.

Only if the NHS is 50% gay. My Dad literally sent in a complaint because every story line involved someone being gay and it was getting dull.

To think I've been doing it manually all these years.
Thanks Anon.

I knew an old guy who sent a complaint to ITV for showing two gays kissing on Coronation Street and they basically responded saying "it's the current year."

Thing is my dad didn't even care about the occasional thing but the Holby story cycle seems to be.
Patient get ill, may or may not die.
Gets close to one of the staff
75% they live, 25% they die
Then do a gay storyline that they've been alluding to during the above.
Then rinse and repeat.
