Origins will be shit. We know that, they know that. It's a story we all know.

I dunno, maybe they want to reach wider audience by running a story line with a Female lead, directed by a last year graduate lesbian.

The announce was made cause MGM saw that there's an interest about new Stargate show. Emerich (or whatever his name is) failed with ID2, so the reboot was canceled. Fans went crazy. The jews see this as an opportunity. Shitwood is all about money, nobody cares of what fans want. So the big guys from MGM decide to test the audience with a "canon new story", investing almost nothing in amateurs and dumb story. Everything fails. No new stargate. What is their endgame? I dunno, they are jews..only the reptile overlords know.

It's gonna be great.

As much as I love stargate the concept has been on a downward spiral since the start. Atlantis was fun, but never captured the sense of adventure that SG1 had and Universe was a dull, dreary, mess of a show.

This will be a shit fest OP, but I won't be supporting it.

If you are really curious, wait until you get hooked on the series and it won't damper your expectations

I loved the movie when it came out. As a big MacGyver fan I first liked SG1 but then I had to realize none of the characters in the show are likable. That was sad. I think I disliked Teal'c the most but to be honest none of the characters were nice. Stargate Atlantis was a game changer. The Canadian doctor was an authistic dick I can very well related to. We didn't just have ARMY MERICA SAVES THE DAY but an international team. Not only did we have the great Canadian doctor but we also had the great Czech doctor who was even cooler. The female boss was also a nice addition of a strong female character who isn't annoying as fuck and not just a sex object like Captain Janeway.
I couldn't get into Universe at all. I also can't stand that Irish prick.

I didn't think that episode went crazy with "sexism", they're not amazing but I did like those season 1 episodes that strived to portray descendants of ancient cultures well. That and the Broca Divide Mycenaean civilization were pretty neat, off the top of my head. I wouldn't mind seeing a reboot with a bit more of that stuff on a higher budget

Daniel Jackson was the character I liked most of the time but many times his character was so god damn stereotypical. He was almost like the SJW of the entire universe.

Jack O'Neill clearly has his moments. It's Richard Dean Anderson after all but mostly he was a stupid American Army guy who tried brute force all the time because he was lacking brains. Sad.
