Holy shit this movie was bad. Cara attempting to scream in that one scene made my whole theater laugh.
Only good scenes were with Rihanna.

I liked it up until it went full SJW. Getting justice for the beings that were genocided by the white guy was a little too on the nose. And the pearls society, which was like a socialist utopia? They were framing that to be the idea, the best way to live, not like these ugly failing capitalists. Remember when the ship was like "Wanna hear about why the economy went to garbage?" and he said something like "Nah, thats enough for today." That was a direct shot against that melting pot of a space station, AKA the United States of America.

Luc Besson has fallen far from his fantastic beginnings. How is this the same guy that made one of the best loli crime movies ever, The Professional?

Also remember that the pearls are apparentely trans. Their "king" is voiced by a female and referred to as "she" and "he" several times.
However I'm not to upset over that, since it's reflecting the source material.
What I am pissed about is how the two main characters seem to be unable to say anything without even a little bit of sarcasm. It's like Marvel quips except 10000000x times worse.
