Jacket has to procure on site, or can get a Suppressed Uzi if he puts on Richter.
John Wick (2) has a bullet proof suit.
Jacket can only take one hit from anything before dying, or can survive two hits if he puts on a certain mask.
John Wick almost always double taps, sometimes Mozambique Drills.

I'm going to say Wick, but it sure would be fun to watch.

Jacket can also get a knife if he's wearing Dennis or a drill if he's wearing Carl. In fact, a lot of masks that don't even give him weapons could give him an edge. Brandon could make him fast as hell and or Rick which makes all of his bullets 1 hit kills.
