Mine would definitely have to be Old Bay seasoned sunflower seeds. They don't have a ton of fat and carbs, they're tasty, and they give your mouth something to do as you concentrate on the film. Runner ups include mini unwrapped york mints (although terribly unhealthy) and roasted shelled peanuts. Buttery movie popcorn and candy is for plebs and children.
I always like to take a few cans of boiled peanuts in myself. The cans can come in handy too. If some normies get too rowdy you can always sling the sharp tops at them and give them a nasty suprise. And if it's a theater that lets you fight back at the completmentary shooter you can throw a can or two at him without wasting anything, just pick them up when he's done and you can save them for the next trip
