Doesn't detract the fact that they're going to have the main character set in the modern world. Why is this a thing? Why does Hollywood have to modernize everything now? I don't want to see Wally the accountant slay a Velocidrome for 2 hours. It brings nothing interesting to the table and just throws in an extra molecule in the formula to fuck it all up when there was nothing wrong with the original.
