Do good movies not exist or are people just real shit critics?

You look at imdb and finding a single movie above 7 is a herculian task, where for series is the opposite- it's like the love garbage.

No one? Come on.
>anything being good
>ever
hahaha how naive of you
define "good" and I will give you the answer you seek
the siege of jadotville is a pretty good movie
>cold war aesthetic
>lad banter
>FALs
>comfy colors
>300 africans get killed

Not even 'good' in my opinion, average that of hundreds/thousands of imdb people (supposedly film lovers, not your ultra average joe or yokel). I don't know if the same people rate all movies lowly, or if they have favorites, too.
>>85217619
objectively there are no good movies, only subjectively

In regards to music, I like to categorize everything in subjectively/objectively good/bad, i.e., four separate categories. Although it's hard for me, as a not musicologist or philosopher, to describe what 'good' constitutes- there's undoubtedly works (film, music, etc.) that almost everybody, be it erudite or joe blow, can appreciate, if need be at different levels with different context. Like, a good work should transcend your preference for say, genre.

incorrect, the so called transcendence of taste stems from your subjectivity

>relativism
fuck off

Oh... I thought it was a series since it had so many threads, hence I put it in my filter.
I should revise that thing, I always have >40 threads filtered.
