the story is that Tommy Wiseau was very secretive about any personal info and constantly urged Greg not to mention anything to anyone. that day Greg got mad because Tommy kept fucking up the scene and they had to do take after take, so in order to push back a bit he adlibbed the guerrero street part, which is the actual street where Tommy had his apartment. Tommy chewed him out after the take was done, but as luck would have it that ended being the only usable take they had so it ended up in the movie
