As a Canadian I hate the Finnish more than other white "races" in European, they are beasts.

Its not strictly about finland but I have to say a finnish-made blade-runner style "cyberpunk" movie from '96 called lipton cockton. It gets pretty artsy and is also highly sexual film in disgusting and weird way.
Lots of practical sfx in use and the props are nice for a cheap movie
