I'm trusting that GRRM will explain more about Patchface's *predictions*. If all of Patchface's ramblings are valid, that is, they each definitely predict an event, I'm sure GRRM will make it clear which events correspond to which riddle from Patchface. Some have already proven to be true. Patchface predicts the red wedding, for example.

I think Patchface "died" (GRRM makes a point of showing that Patchface was, by all appearances, dead when he was found), and was brought back by the drowned god, or maybe even the red god. He was also apparently sound of mind before he died, intelligent even.

Maybe he was shown a single profound vision of people dying when he was resurrected and he's haunted by it, hence his ramblings, and those deaths he saw turn out to be from the future.

OR maybe he is taken over by whatever god when there are people of importance in the room. Patchface seems to spout his riddles in response to something another person says. Maybe the red god is like a loki character who gets his kicks from basically spoiling important people about their enemies and/or allies dying.

Arya is a ninja in training. Because the show drover off a meme-cliff a few years ago she's now the deadliest assassin on the planet and can probably walk straight up walls and flash-step.

Kelly C has the biggest plot armor of any character in current fiction and gets stronger with every mistake and terrible decision she makes. She's a terrible role model for women because she's ignorant, inept, and stupid. Anyone emulating her would be a colossal failure.

Yara is actually the only decent one. She's strong and brave and survives in a male dominated society by being an extremely capable and proficient captain who is good at her job and respected by her men. Actually a good role model.

Wolf-loli is a throwaway joke that got out of control.

Sansa is literally retarded. In both the books and the show. She was the dumbest Stark of them all and only survived by pure luck.

Le Strong Woman Knight in the book was just a decently strong fighter who was pretty dense and only real good qualities were her loyalty and determination. The only way she even fought on equal ground with someone like Jaime was because she was fresh and he was literally half starved to death and had been in chains in a cell for three months sitting in his own shit. Even then it was tied. In the show she's captain america who is stronger than every man and a better fighter than every man on the planet because the writers memed her into it.
