I was shitposting whilst drunk, no idea somebody would respond. While it's true that fewer calories will generally lead to weight loss, it's actually ALSO true that weight loss does depend on the source of those calories. It turns out a carb-rich diet will leave you feeling hungrier, compared to a diet with an equal number of calories from vegetabels/fat sources.
I mean, "fewer calories" is a pretty solid rule to losing weight, but it's worth noting that there actually is some meaning to "different calories from different sources affect behavior."
