Don't get me wrong, I thought it was above-average for horror. But it's very clear that reviewers were saying to themselves "it's satire! Therefore it's automatically good!" rather than actually considering the movie for it's merits outside of modern trends.

The film was competent but didn't offer much that is groundbreaking enough to deserve such high praise. It isn't amazing but it isn't awful, resulting in it being forgotten about months after its release.

He too often comes up with things that were obviously not going through the directors mind. This is going to be really disappointing when he drops dunkirk's rating just cause he hates Nolan
