Shit goes wrong but the hitman saves the boss and boss owes him once.
Then 1992 Yugoslavian civil war broke out and the boss goes to help the hitman to fight on his street.
The boss, Ice Cube, stands on the Serbian/Croatian/Albanian street, looks at the civil war around, and says nothing.

Note: I hope both the boss and the hitman come from the "evil side" of the wars but I don't know who is the official evil side in the civil war so I leave the option open.

Michael Shannon is a corrupt CEO of a company who creates and distributes clones for slave labour, prostitution, foot soldiers, and so on. One of his clones awakens during a liberation in which clone rights activists (led by Emily Blunt) free him from a lab, informing him the original Shannon made some spares in case he needed blood or organs later (and making a spare body was cheaper/quicker than making individual organs with the machines at his disposal). The clone is shown the fruit of his original's labours and must decide whether to help the CRA take revenge or escape and start a new life.

Over the course of the film he becomes convinced his original is a monster who must be killed, and he kills him before being told the truth; he killed a clone and he is the original. On learning this he commits suicide, and the CRA are furious about it because they needed him alive to dissolve the company and publicly denounce their actions. Blunt has a conversation with her bosses, a rival cloning company who operate on a friendlier, more humane platform, telling them the mission was a failure and she needs two more copies of Shannon to try again.

He is foiled, and failing to kill himself, apprehended. He is then placed in a psychiatric care facility where an underpaid and apathetic employee runs Steven Seagal films on repeat; the final incident having fully paralyzed the an hero's body, he can never look away and his cries to be moved away from the television go unheeded.
So basically Birdman but different.

Outcast engineer played by Paul Dano keeps track of every major sport event from the last 10 years and manages to build a time machine so he could go back there and bet on those events, but the his past self comes into play and ponders whether or not he should kill him and keep the list and money to himself but risk deleting himself in the process.

I've long had an idea about a film thematically inspired by Bram Stoker's Dracula, except shifted to Yugoslavia during the Civil War, instead of Transylvania.

Wouldn't necessarily even have supernatural/vampire elements. It would involve a British war journalist travelling to war-torn Bosnia to interview an affable, charming, unassuming yet psychopathic Bosnian Serb paramilitary war lord/war criminal in the styling of Arkan, who has an obsession with impaling his victims (especially women and children). His name would be something like Vladko Zmajavic or Vladko Zduhać. It would be a Gothic psychological thriller/human horror, examining the freedom clinical psychopathy can enjoy in total war.

Philip Seymour Hoffman (I know he's dead, but he'd be perfect) plays a Catholic priest with extreme OCD, which he tries to control with medication.

He begins to have visions of God telling him he needs to do his "routine" or horrible things will happen - and when he doesn't follow the vision, his personal and professional life start to collapse.

Is God really the presence behind his OCD? Is he slowly going mad, or is he finally getting the clarity he needs to see a grander purpose? Or even worse, a conspiracy that he's powerless to stop?

A nigger called Jerome has a pet pitbull that he puts on pitbull fights to earn money to get out of the hood. Its a master/pet adventure and a social commentary of how a slave/pet sacrifices for the benefit of the master. Accentuated by the irony that Jerome complains because there are no reparations for slavery and demands them while ironically exploiting his pet/dog/slave for his benefit.

Suddenly an Indian jumps out from the bush. His throat is wounded so he cannot speak. His face is covered by war paint and smoke tar. Blood drips down from his eyes like tears. He clenches his fists and charges.
Saiorse, being the crule one, shoots the man. But the man ignores the girls and the wounds and grabs the pelt and dies. The girls check him and find that the pelt is actually robbed from his tribe.
The girls are ashamed of what they did. They buries the man with The Fur and never meets again. Anya becomes a missionary's wife and spends the rest of her life doing charity for Indians.

My idea is to take the Wonder Woman plot but reverse the genders so there is this island of half naked dudes that hang out and wrestle and play beach volleyball all day until the germans attack. Young Arnold is Wonder Man. Then Ares becomes 50 feet tall and openly walks around the front-lines mocking everyone for dying. Young Arnold then has to resurrect his brother Kratos and they spend the last 30 minutes of the movie in a Shadow of the Colossus style battle with Ares over no man's land.

Back to 2001/9/11

just as the guys are heading the airplanes toward NYC, a giant alien spaceship appears on top of WTC, and calls the Earth to surrender.

The airplan's radio is jammed somehow so the terrorists have to make truce with the passengers and borrow their pones to call Bin Laden. Bin Laden realizes his position is blown and he must put humanity before himself so he orders the guys to crash the airplanes into the alien spaceship. The hijackers also ask for permission from the passengers who also agree with the crash. They reconcile with each other, pray together and make the crash.
The crash works. The alien ship falls and crushes the two towers. But the world is saved and humanity is united.

Now the guy has to learn how to be a cowboy and shoot some bandits.

A serial killer(Matthew Mcconaughey) is about to kill his next victim, when someone beats him to it. (Mark Walhburg), who is hellbent on revenge after being screwed over in a botched robbery years ago. In anger, Mcconaughey beats and kidnaps Walhburg, bringing him to his basement to be tortured and killed. Unbeknownst to Mcconaughey, the business partner and part time lover of the man Walhburg killed follows him. We later learn that the business partner(Martin Freeman) is also serial killer/cannibal. Freeman sneaks into Mcconaughey's house, kills Walhburg, but agrees to let Mcconaughey live. Before Freeman can leave, he is killed by an ex-priest(Kevin Spacey) who believes himself to be on a Holy Mission to rid the world of evil. Spacey decides to allow Mcconaughey to live on the condition that he joins him on his Mission. Mcconaughey agrees, only to backstab Spacey(literally).
Basically my idea for this movie is that each time a main character (Mcconaughey, Walhburg, Freeman, Spacey) is introduced, we flashback to see their backstory leading up to the current scene, essentially breaking up he movie into four "episodes" all tied into one central narrative. Bradley Cooper, Jamie Foxx, William H Macy, and Jennifer Lawrence would also play supporting roles
