I think all 3 guys are top tier in their own way, then Monica has some good moments and Rachel is hot and has a few moments too. I think the writing for all characters, even guest characters was great, except Phoebe.

Seinfeld is a fantastic show, but it doesn't have that same level of consistency and lasting, global power, because it's made by american jews and the audience is just americans who liked slightly 'alternative' humor back in the 90's, and it only has like 2 consistently funny main characters (George and Kramer)
