The titles of each film are so fucked. The first should have been called Dawn, the second War, and the third Rise.

The titles are beyond fucked regardless. Too many prepositions.
War>Dawn>Rise
Rise - 7/10
Dawn - 8/10
War - 6/10
Overall - 7.5./10
no movie should have 3 "the"s in the title
Rise - 5/10 for James franco's annoying fuck face
Dawn - 1/10 no apes fucking
War - 3/10 still no apes fucking each other
T. Adam "dogfucker" Johnston

Dawn of the War of the Rise of the Planet of the Apes
Rise: 7/10
Dawn: 10/10
War: 8/10

Sunrise precedes the time period "Dawn", the third film focused on the war for the planet.

Rise - 1/10
Dawn - 1/10
War - 1/10
Overall - 1/10
Planet of the Apes (1968) - 8/10

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly
Rise of the Dawn of the War for the Planet of the Apes War

I think they should have gone with an abbreviated form of the naming convention:
>Rise of the Apes
>Dawn of the Apes
>War of the Apes
And then:
>Planet of the Apes
nigger
8/10
10/10
9/10

It sounds like something Starfire would say. Also, the next movie should be Apes of the Ape of the Apes: Ape Holiday.

>Called War
>no war in the film
2nd film actually had a war between two factions. Dawn starts at first light which is before the sun actually rises completely. Thus, my re-titling suggestion is sound.
I'd probably give them all 4/5
Yet another series where it peaks when Gary Oldman is in the second one.

Rise of Intelligence
Dawn of Civilization
War for the Planet
I agree with your sentiment but I think the titles are arranged fine; the only way to fix it would be to change Dawn/Rise with something else.

I'd go with this too. War was good, but I don't think it was good as Dawn was, and I only just rewatched Dawn in April.
Maybe my opinion will change when I watch War again later
