I'm hoping that because this episode was pretty short and the last almost 15 minutes was the musical performance and then it ended that the next episode will use pretty much the entire time with content.

Diane being a traitor is interesting. She I imagine doesn't know that Dopplecoop isn't the real Coop so she's helping him because she's so loyal to him.

The stuff with Janey-E and Cooper make me think that Cooper's ending this season will be him staying with Janey-E. Either back in Vegas or they'll move to Twin Peaks.

I hope Richard Horne dies a slow and painful death but giving him a good ending would be a pretty big lynching.

Great episode, only taken down a notch because it ended so early.

I don't remember any of Lynch's other movies having anyone like Frank or Richard.

I have to say that Janey-E acting that way in the context of this episode really undermined one of the VERY few female characters in this show with any intelligence or self-respect.

The show was bretty good. People who talk of filler must be trolling. It backtracked in a few places to remind the audience of still in progress plot threads, but that's necessary so that's it's fresher in people's mind when it gets resolved. Hopefully. It's still funny that if someone does a fan edit without any of the scenes that happen in Twin Peaks, the series will remain virtually unchanged.

Anti-Vedderfags, the time has come where we must make a decision by choosing whether or not to keep believing if Cooper will really go back to normal. The way I see it, the next two episodes will be the make-or-break point.

Episode 11 and 12 both have ominous titles that hint that serious shit is going down: "There's fire where you're going" and "Let's rock" respectively. Episode 11 will be airing early next week at SDCC, and I don't think they'd be bothering showing it early at all if they didn't want to have something exciting to show off.

I would be lying if I hadn't lost some hope but the rational part of me still thinks there's 0 chance we'd have all this Dougie build up (including moments of some clarity) for nothing. There's just no fucking way even Lynch would do that.

I'm just hoping he gets meaningful screentime and it's not just episode 17-18 or some shit. In my opinion something is going to happen with the casino guys and his new family that will bring him back. The pick of Coop driving the car clearly has normal eyes unlike the doppelganger.
