There are a few lines which are popular quotes but they don't do the movie justice. The entire movie is hilarious. Gen. Turgidson is such a good character. The way he sides with Gen. Ripper and the whole situation. He doesn't care about the ridiculousness of the whole situation. All he does is to continue planning the attack. It's what a general would do.

I think for someone to really appreciate the humor of Dr. Strangelove is to understand just how ridiculous the cold era was and how the military is just a bunch of mindless zombies. For example I was pissing myself laughing at the exchange between the presidents of the USA and USSR. The USSR president being a drunk, taking everything emotionally. And the whole idea of something ridiculous as a rogue general. It's funny because it's not that far off from the truth. Drunken Russian officials, "former" Nazi consultants to the president of the US... It's really a fun movie and I don't think that the few quotes such as the "You can't fight here! This is the war room" and "You'll have to answer to the Coca-Cola company" are making it justice.
