Honestly there's a bigger amount of SJW posts in this thread than any amount of /pol/lution posts in any one thread.

Honestly i enjoyed a lot of series 10, and it had plenty of problems that wern't political, but a big peeve for me with series 10 was the way it hit you over the head with borderline SJW bullshit at least once per episode. Doctor Who has made political comments before (such as zygon invasion/version), but they've always been done as a subtext, with nuance, with at least some questions on the issues posed being left open when the story ended. In series 10 it was all explicit, and you were basically told what was right by the writers. I loved the scenes with heather and bill, but her reminding us she was a lesbian once an episode was unnecessary and annoying. As well as lines like "is the future all girl?" "We can only hope", which if they support gender equality is preaching to the quire and annoying, and if it doesn't is SJW bullshit that should no more be in doctor who than the doctor uttering lines about creating a whitetopia.

The fact that we'll have to put up with an increased amount of this kind of bullshit with a female doctor around is a legitimate concern considering last series, and i would appreciate it if you lot stopped trying to shut down discussion by calling us nazis or cletuses or whatever buzzword is trending now.
