Pretty hard to tell actually, he might have killed that homeless guy (who fucking cared about him). Prostitutes might have been his imagination. Since he couldn't kill Luis despite having his hands around his throat, means he could only have dreamed about actually killing people hiding his dark desires behind the yuppie stereotype that he is. Movie is an underrated classic.
