Perry was discussing how drug courts work for addicts while Hitches was saying the problem with drug courts is that they give leniency to people for being irresponsible with their drug use. Perry actually brings that they were discussing two different issues up late through the debate.

If anything, it was Jeremy Paxman that was the supreme faggot for moderating that debate like garbage.
