NEED HELP

Ok /tv/. I'm here to test you geeks on your obscure movie knowledge.

There's an old movie I'm trying to remember the name of, and it's killing me. I don't have an actors name or anything to help search for it. Just a few scene descriptions.

>from the 80's or early 90s
>comedy
>dubbed or sub titles. Not sure what language
>The movie is split into a series of disconnected vignettes.
>The stories are all comedic situations where the lead actor attempts and fails to pick up women.
>The characters change from story to story, but the lead actor plays the male character in each story

Story details

>one scene involves a man meeting a beautiful blonde in a bar. Everything is great till she stands up revealing that she has a really gigantic ass.
>another scene has a really geeky guy with bad skin going out on the scene to meet women, but he ends up at a really aggressive gay bar. He ends up in a bdsm room getting violated.
