The raptor kicking scene is actually completley fine. Adrenaline plus the high ground you or a sporting woman could kick a raptor out a window if you landed the kick. She also had actual backstory. Nowadays rey would literally neo the shitout of the raptor and stop time

It makes me sad. I'd love to see BDH and Chris Pratt (especially BDH) give performances like that where you can hear the fear and trauma in their voices describing what they experienced on that island. Unfortunately they'll just act like it's no big deal and go about their business like nothing happened to them. They'll probably even voluntarily go back to the island with no problem too.
