Why is it that people describe Roger Moore's Bond as clownish? (outside of him actually dressing up as a clown in Octopussy, but most people forget how that scene was mostly played for drama and suspense)
He was usually pretty serious and even coldblooded when it called for it, it was the shit around him that was campy and goofy for the most part. I'm the the firm belief that there hasn't been a bad Bond actor yet, they're all good in their own ways. Yes, even Lazenby who's vulnerable portrayal is perfect for OHMSS.
