A lot of them are pretty whacky I guess, but fun-crazy and not crazycrazy. The way people deal with the industry (and which part of the industry they work in and how their career develops) differs quite a bit. I like most of them I meet. Especially the top girls are usually just nice girls who got scouted some day and as a result spend their time traveling and meeting tons of different people, leading to them becoming really open and interesting. "Open and relaxed" is a nice way to describe most of them.
