The soundtrack is memorable and undeniably great. But I don't remember any jokes or gags from the movie itself. When there's no music playing, it's pretty stale. Which is a shame.

I remember being really disappointed leaving the theater because I'd been listening to the soundtrack for weeks beforehand, but the movie as a whole wasn't funny.

Honestly, that's why I love him. He's clearly in love with fantasy tales and puts that influence in his songs, making them seem almost like an old midevel tale that he's dusted off for his own use.
