Am I the only person here who likes Prometheus?

he was an okay character, but honestly they could have given him a bigger role in the story, maybe some more speaking lines

I mean prometheus and his buddies were on their way to earth when the aliens attacked, it safe to assume they probably would have taken the time to learn english

I liked it, but it was frustrating because the script relied too heavily on characters behaving stupidly to move the story forward, and it also had bad pacing in parts.

It had some great concepts and the music that plays when david learns how the ship runs is god tier.

Pretty much a good movie but most wont like it cause it doesn't have enough action in it or "aliens".

I used to post on avpgalaxy forums for years and went on all the threads. Everyone had better theories and ways the story could go than what we got, so it was the biggest disappointment. The worst thing for me was the engineer getting taken out by a squid, it was anticlimactic.

Basically this. It's a fantastic film that a lot of people didn't really like because it wasn't an action-packed movie like its predecessors.
