>josh brolin in comedy
who thought that was a good idea?

/co/ fag here. I've read the Cable and Deadpool series and I think it's better than just straight up Deadpool. Cable brings a serious edge that's a good counter to Deadpool's constant comedy. I hope they don't under use Cable. The worst thing they can do is go the course of GotG Vol. 2. Gotta keep it funny without going overboard.
Straight actor in a funny film, impossibru!

Deadpool in the 90s/early 00s > Cable & Deadpool >>>>>>>>>>>>> modern Deadpool
Josh Brolin was genuinely hilarious in Inherent Vice, I'm sure he'll be fine.

how the fuck did they come to the solution that Brolin is like Cable?
Cable is like a Dolf Lundgren, tall, muscular giant, in his 30s
now Brolin is like a twig, and looks like 50

Yeah. Modern Deadpool is a lot of fan service. It's not all bad but not as good as it used to be. Super early Deadpool was very dark and not constantly saying funny quips.
He's one of things that I'm a fan of but I'm ashamed to admit it because modern "fans" are so fucking cancerous.

>I'll take CGI for 400$ Alex.
Brolin plays the straight man in comedies all the time though.
Which is presumably what they wanted for Cable.
It's a shit movie but he was great in Men in Black 3.

Josh Brolin was in MIB3, which was comedy and he was the best part of that movie.
