Nedry. He took on the work load of something multiple people usually do. He bid low, but obviously not horribly low that he's walking away. He's being paid and taken care of.

I think Nedry bid lower than teams of people, but still higher than others. He was at a range that worked for Hammonds price point. 1 person. Which means less people aware of the park. Hammond didn't have to higher another company or group, he contracted 1 man which worked out well. Nedry is a genius, but knows the park will be a world wide success. It's like the people who sold their land in florida, no one knew walt disney was buying it, had they known, they'd have jacked up the price.

How much do you think Hammond is paying JP employees? I mean, they have to live on the island for long periods of time and it is not like the Island is populated other than the people working the park, and I doubt they take daily helicopter rides in and out the island to Costa Rica.
