Around two weeks ago I watched one of the Kitchen Nightmares UK episodes and got hooked.
It was the first thing I'd ever seen from him, now I've watched every single UK episode.
I find the US one to be unwatchable mainly because of the music and I've seen that commented over and over again online too.

I'd wager a significant amount of the grease is from the sausage which means it's pork fat which is especially disgusting when you get a mouth full of nothing else but it.
