they figured out he was a comedy hole and moved away from his character and focused more on ann as the straightman. He said it himself. "As we kept getting next season's scripts, I kept getting less and less to do. " Meanwhile all other characters got more and chris pratt basically became the c storyline of every episode.

the first season was his trial by fire and they realized he wasn't another krasinski.

I honestly can't stand watching anything with black / brown characters where I'm suppose to feel compassion for them, because I feel physically unable to do so. Not out of choice, but out of nature. They just seem like a horde of faceless creatures.
