The others are shown as being high in the game, but know how to pick their battles. John Wick the story relies on the idea that he stopped picking battles because he knew he'd always win. Jason Bourne or Jack Reacher the stories don't rely on something like that.

Reacher is described as being very skilled, and cold as ice. He doesn't fight fair, and he doesn't fight a losing battle. But he's not described as being the best in the universe, he only IS because he's the main character. Same with Bourne. A lot of the films are about how he's secretly the best one, but also about how he's technically less capable than newer models of whatever he is.

That's how I say it pans out. If Reacher gets them talking, nobody wins. If they all have guns, Reacher wins. If it's no guns, Wick loses, probably Reacher kills Bourne. He's also consistently shown as being high in the game but not top of the game at hand to hand.
