The bastards, no one knows how many Robert has, it's just Cersei who figures the prophecy is right by circular reasoning.
Melara, it was Cersei. Her kids dying, it will have been at least in part because of her actions. Getting strangled by the Valonqar, also partly her fault.

But Marrying the king? That was a hell of a long shot. The odds that she would marry Aerys were close to 0%, and assuming he would die soon, well, Rhaegar was already married.

So from this point, there's 4 possibilities I'd say.
1) She thought Cersei would end up marrying Aerys (extremely unlikely, not only for the age difference, but with Tywin/Aerys feud...)
2) She thought Cersei would marry Rhaegar after he inherits. (Already married, plus Rhaegar might carry some of that feud)
3) She thought there would be a war (?!) and the targ would be wiped out, or Elia would die. Hell of a longshot again.
or, the only one that kinda make sense
4) She was just saying random shit because she would fuck off after Cersei left anyway so what does it matter if they're ultimately all wrong?

But if it is #4... It's a huge coincidence that all these things fit so well, even if it's in part due to Cersei acting on it.

And marrying the king might be too big a coincidence for me to accept the whole "She was just saying random things!". I really don't see GRRM writing it like this.

If Roose lets everybody stay as they are, they'll fragment even further into murderous factions and weaken the siege from within by picking each other off: Game Over.

If he sends the most dangerous out into the snow, they may side with Stannis or die: Game Over.

Either he's left with too few to defend the walls, or Stannis gains more numbers quite directly. If he keeps the worst with him and puts them on lockdown, his whole army can't be an effective defensive force against Stannis and the troublemakers may still try killing him and others: Game Over.

If he sends a mix of supporters and dangerous tools outside to fake surrender to Stannis, they may achieve something — or, more likely, get caught thanks to teeth-clenched teamwork not working: Game Over.

If he's found a way out of this by picking the snowdrifts and being creative with who he sent outside, it'll be fun to see.

All in all, general winter has not been kind to either him or Stannis by arriving when he did.

I assume Sansa is fully aware Littlefinger sold her father out, though not the fact that he literally ordered the gold cloaks to turn on Ned/held a knife to his throat and gloated like he did regarding his betrayal.

She probably gives him a pass in that Sansa thinking warning Cersei like she did before Ned's arrest "made her force Littlefinger to betray Ned to save himself from dying too".
