I'm partial to the one with Jerry Seinfeld that ends on the Seinfeld set, and the one with the affirmative action hire played by Paul Mooney.

When it's good it's GOAT, but it was way too conservative with it's stories and seemed to do the same ones over and over. They also used the supporting cast terribly, so much that every season a different cast member would quit, and that ironically would be the moment they actually gave that character a decent episode.
