Old guy here, I love these. As a teen pre-internet I chose what VHS tape to rent based on the cover so I have seen most of these. Most of them are really freaking bad but every once in a while you got Excalibur or something great so kept renting them anyway.

I'm just kind of making up autistic fan theories here but during the scene where the lava goes over the forest, you can hear a ton of monkeys screaming as they are presumably wiped out. Maybe Jarrol saw the lava as a final solution and was reluctant to use it until he had no other choice due to how destructive it would be.

I remember I've seen a movie as a kid, it was more than 25 ago, I don't remember the plot only a few scenes and characters.
There was a strong guy who pulled out a tree with his bare hands, and could rebound a catapulted rock with his head.
There was also a guy who was super fast and when he started to run he made sound like a superbike, there was a scene where he was cuffed by his legs on a some kind of a arena and he couldnt break free.

The movie had italian audio, but I watched it on a pirate satelite so originally it could be from another country.
