I generally felt bad for her for 2 things:

Maybe we were intended to sympathize with her, but I ended up sympathizing with Clay, an innocent, pure kid who gets dragged into the hot mess caused by the unstable girl he was in love with who killed herself, gets continuously harassed, pressured and threatened by the other kids on the tape and ends up almost killing himself out of guilt.
