MJ isnt a major character in the marvel universe and even the spider man comics for that matter. She is important, but not a MAJOR character like spider man or one of his enemies. Ill give them props, they can pat themselves on the back for easy brownie points for this one. It really doesnt matter what race she is, but they can still promote it as diversity if they want.
