Watch the second half again, pay attention to the scene with Bob's dead body. It's not pro-Tyler. It's probably not really anti-Tyler either, he's just a character.

It does satirize the way some counter-cultures think and act and how they can get out of hand, but I don't think the film's main purpose was to send a message. It's just a cool story about a mentally ill man tired of his life and the way the world works, but I'm pretty sure David Fincher doesn't side with Tyler.
