I think the general idea people have about it is one that tries to paint these neo-liberals as obsessive and fanatical about race. You see them guy into racial stereotypes, "look how strong he is!", "is it true that they have huge dongs?!". You see them overcompensate for their guilt, "dad would've voted for obama 9 times if he could!".

But I don't think that was really the intention. What it really is, is a take on the absurdist nature of current racial identity politics, and how whites have a tendency to always assume everyone wants to be white. From what I understand, the movie is a hyperbole for how white people make attempts to be like black people. It presents the concept of them being physically or creatively superior, but simply to highlight how it's a mindset that some white people have. The only time you hear such claims is when some old white man is marketing them.
Look at most places on the internet where people imitate black people. Look at the media where black people are 'sold' to audiences and pushed for the sake of diversity, something an old white dude in a suit planned and tried to make them seem flawless.
