Not that poster, but it's not an infinite labor pool. There are a limited amount of people in the world so obviously that's not accurate. And more to the point, I would say immigration affects unemployment more than wages, at least in the case of low skilled workers. In the case of H1Bs, though, they're mostly used to get cheaper workers for higher skilled jobs. Either way it's not enough to account for all or even most of the wage stagnation that's happened over the last couple of decades.
