Can't happen as long a Sony owns Spider-Man. Marvel isn't dumb enough to center their franchise on a character they don't own. That would give Sony incredible bargaining power by essentially giving them the ability to pull the trigger on the MCU by axing its mascot whenever they want.

Not that anything could really "kill" the MCU at this point, but giving Sony a loaded gun isn't going to happen regardless.
