Utopia stems from the Greek words "Not a place".
Utopia is said to be a place so good that it's impossible to exist. I suppose both words can work as a Utopia is impossible to reach and if you think it has been reached, greed and corruption has just been well hidden. This is why commies are bad, nobody will ever be truly equal.
