What does Marvel get out of this deal?

Marvel would have been better off letting Sony ruin the series into the ground and allowing the rights simply revert back. Reboot a few years down the line.

Spider-man 2 was the best film Marvel made, but in terms of mcu, anything with Cap or Starlord is good (I skip everything else)

What is objectively the worst?

If you say anything other than the Thor franchise than you have shit taste. Nothing against Thor himself in the comics but in the MCU the character sucks (what is his characterization anyway? he's bland as fuck) and the movie are awful.

Yondu's scenes with his arrow is all that movie needed to be the best, its weirdly amazing but one of the darkest scenes in all of the MCU.

I really don't think the Thor movies deserve the hate they get desu.

So far I've been pretty happy with Phase 3, I think Thor Ragnorok looks great and I'm hoping Spider-man Homecoming is good, I just feel like Sony went full retard in marketing it when its super obvious Iron Man is barely going to be in the movie. Think about it, if he really mattered, we'd see Iron Man doing more than putting that ferry together, he'd actually be IN a fight scene.
